When customers complete the application on their own they are given two generic options to choose from. They can choose between a short-term interest-free loan or a long-term low monthly payment loan.
here are the steps:
1. Applicant selects between interest-free and low payment.
2. Company receives the credit decision approving either plan 4132 or 1006 (or a related counteroffer).
3. Applicant receives the credit decision showing the terms selected.
4. Applicant completes the e-signature via the link embedded in the credit decision email.
